Abstract

This research is aim to examine and analyze the influence of work stress, workload and work motivation to employee performance. This research using descriptive method. The object of this research are the general service departement of PT Huawei Tech Invesment with a population of 65 people. The sampling method of this research nonprobability sampling with a sample size of 65 people. The approach method of this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS analysis tool. The result of this research is showing that work stress and workload have negative and no significant influence to employee performance but work motivation has positive and significant influence to employee performance. Keyword: Workstress, Workload, Work Motivation Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisa pengaruh stres kerja, beban kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah departemen general service PT Huawei Tech Invesment dengan populasi 65 orang.Metode pengambilan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan jumlah sampel 65 orang. Metode pendekatan penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa stres kerja dan beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan tetapi motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Stres kerja, beban kerja, motivasi kerja, kinerja karyawan
