Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Transformation Strategy and Implementation of "Safety Culture Change" in improving the Safety, Occupational Health of PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia for the 2015-2020 period. The research data is the result of in dehpt, iterview, FGD, primary and secondary data of PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia during the implementation of the HSE Work culture change program during the 2015-2020 period. The research method used is a type of case study research. Analysis of data using McKensy 7S Framework. The results showed that PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia had a strategic plan to transform HSE Work culture until 2030 through the "Salam Lima Jari" program. Through this planned and systematic program until 2020, PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia has succeeded in placing the HSE Work culture at the Proactive level. The ability of PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia to make strategic planning and implement HSE programs must be supported by the ability to strengthen the integration of systems and programs in organizations. The success of HSE culture will be achieved if it is supported by the consistency of management commitment and all related parties in making HSE culture as the main lifestyle in the organization so that HSE culture does not stop at the cognitive and psychomotor aspects of employees only but holistically Becomes an effective organization. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Strategi Transformasi dan Implementasi "Safety Culture Change" dalam meniningkatkan Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia periode 2015-2020. Data penelitian merupakan hasil dari in dehpt, iterview, FGD, data primer dan skunder PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia selama pelaksanaan program perubahan budaya Kerja HSE selama periode 2015-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kulitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Analisis data menggunkanan Mc kensy 7S Framework. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia telah mempunyai rencana strategis transformasi budaya Kerja HSE sampai dengan 2030 melalui program " Salam Lima Jari ". Melalui program yang terencana dan sistematis sampai tahun 2020 ini, PT Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia telah berhasil menempatkan budaya Kerja HSE pada level Proaktif. Kemampuan PT Pertamina Drilling Serrvices Indonesia membuat perencanaan strategis dan melaksanakan program-program HSE harus didukung oleh kemampuan memperkuat integrasi system dan program dalam organisasi. Keberhasilan budaya HSE akan bisa tercapai jika didukung oleh konsistensi komitmen manajemen dan seluruh pihak terkait dalam menjadikan budaya HSE sebagai gaya hidup utama di organisasi agar budaya HSE tidak berhenti pada aspek kognitif dan psikomotorik karyawan saja tetapi secara holistic menjadi efektif organisasi.
