Abstract
This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the capital structure of property & real estate companies contained on the IDX in 2017 2018. The data used is secondary data and the method used is panel data regression analysis with the help of the Eviews 10 application to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables with other variables. The sample in this study consisted of 47 property & real estate companies listed on the IDX in 2017 2018. the results of this study are profitability and asset structure has a positif and significant influence on capital structure. liquidity, growth and size have no influence on capital structure. Keywords: profitability, asset structure, liquidity, growth, size, capital structure, property & real estate Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi struktur modal perusahaan properti & real estate yang terdapat di BEI pada tahun 2017 2018. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dan metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan bantuan aplikasi Eviews 10 untuk memperoleh gambaran komprehensif tentang hubungan antara variabel dengan variabel lainnya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 47 perusahaan properti & real estate yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2017 2018.hasil penelitian ini adalah profitabilitas dan struktur aset memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. likuiditas, pertumbuhan dan ukuran tidak berpengaruh pada struktur modal.
