Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational agility and happiness at work with learning agility in Sejasa.com employees. The sampling method used in this study is total sampling where the sample comes from employees who work at the Sejasa.com company in Jakarta with a total of 75 respondents ranging from staff to manager level. This research instrument uses a measuring tool for the results of adaptation and modification consisting of 45 question items for organizational agility (Roy Wendler, 2014) with alpha cronbach's 0.960. The happiness at work measurement tool (Sallas- Vallina & Joaquin Alegre, 2017) consists of 9 question items with alpha cronbach's 0.897. And the learning agility measurement tool (De Meuse, 2015) consists of 25 question items with alpha cronbach's 0.937. The data scale used is the Likert scale. Data analysis using Pearson Correlation technique. The results of this study indicate that the organizational agility variable with learning agility has a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.633 with a significance level of p <0.05. Then, happiness at work with learning agility has a correlation coefficient value of r = 0.630 with a significance level of p <0.05. This means that these results indicate a strong and positive relationship between organizational agility and happiness at work with learning agility. Keywords:Organizational Agility, Happiness At Work, Learning Agility, Employees Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara organizational agility dan happiness at work dengan learning agility pada karyawan Sejasa.com. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu total sampling dimana sampel berasal dari karyawan yang berkerja di perusahaan Sejasa.com di Jakarta dengan jumlah responden 75 orang mulai dari level jabatan staff sampai dengan manager. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur hasil dari adaptasi dan modifikasi terdiri dari 45 item pertanyaan untuk organizational agility (Roy Wendler, 2014) dengan alpha cronbach's 0,960. Pada alat ukur happiness at work (Sallas-Vallina & Joaquin Alegre, 2017) terdiri dari 9 item pertanyaan dengan alpha cronbach's 0,897. Dan alat ukur learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) terdiri dari 25 item pertanyaan dengan alpha cronbach's 0,937. Skala data yang digunakan yaitu dengan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Pearson Correlation. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan antara variable organizational agility dengan learning agility memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,633 dengan signifikansi signifikansi p< 0,05. Kemudian pada happiness at work dengan learning agility memiliki nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,630 dengan signifikansi p< 0,05. Artinya dari hasil tersebut menunjukan adanya hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara organizational agility dan happiness at work dengan learning agility.
