Abstract

Blok M Square is one of the shopping centers located in the Blok M area, South Jakarta. The characteristics of parking visitors at the Blok M Square Building vary from visitors who shop, participate in studies, building managers, to MRT users who are increasing day by day. Most MRT users are commuters. They go home and go to work using the MRT to save on transportation costs and avoid congestion. MRT users who park at Blok M Square will get a member card from Blok M Square which has collaborated with the MRT so that MRT users will pay cheaper parking fees. The current Blok M Square parking conditions have not added vehicle parking spaces and have not provided special parking for MRT users. This will be a big problem if the next year there are more MRT users and have an impact on the availability of parking space in Blok M Square. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the parking needs to minimize problems that will occur in the future and make improvements to these problems. Data processing uses secondary data obtained from the parking company that manages the parking lot in Blok M squre. The company that manages the parking lot at Blok M Square is PT. Agung Podomoro Group and collaborating with the Best Parking company. Based on the survey results and parking data processing for the Blok M square building before and after the MRT, it can be concluded that the parking space capacity in the Blok M Square building can still accommodate the need for vehicles that park every day. However, a high parking turnover rate can be a problem of poor parking circulation, which causes queues. Keywords : Keywords: Parking features, MRT BCA 2 Station, Parking Capacity, Queue, Blok M Square Parking Building Blok M Square adalah salah satu pusat pembelanjaan yang berada di kawasan Blok M, Jakarta Selatan. Karakteristik pengunjung parkir di Gedung Blok M Square beraneka ragam mulai dari pengunjung yang berbelanja, mengikuti kajian, pengelola gedung, hingga pengguna MRT yang semakin hari semakin meningkat. Pengguna MRT umumnya adalah komuter. Mereka pulang dan pergi kerja menggunakan MRT untuk menghemat biaya transportasi dan menghindari kemacetan. Pengguna MRT yang melakukan parkir di Blok M Square akan mendapatkan kartu member dari Blok M Square yang telah bekerja sama dengan pihak MRT sehingga pengguna MRT akan mengeluarkan biaya parkir yang lebih murah. Kondisi perparkiran Blok M Square sekarang belum menambah ruang parkir kendaraan dan belum menyedikan parkir khusus pengguna MRT. Hal ini akan menjadi masalah besar bila tahun – tahun kedepan pengguna MRT semakin banyak dan berdampak pada ketersediaan lahan parkir di Blok M Square. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan analisis kebutuhan parkir untuk meminimalisasi masalah-masalah yang akan terjadi pada masa akan datang dan melakukan perbaikan terhadap masalah tersebut. Pengolahan data menggunakan data sekunder yang didapatkkan dari perusahaan parkir yang mengelola perparkiran di Blok M squre. Perusahaan yang mengelola perparkiran di Blok M Square adalah PT. Agung Podomoro Grup dan berkerjasama dengan perusahaan Best Parkir. Berdasarkan hasil survey dan pengolahan data parkir Gedung Blok M square sebelum dan sesudah adanya MRT dapat disimpulkan bahwa kapasitas ruang parkir di gedung Blok M Square masih dapat menampung kebutuhan kendaraan yang parkir setiap harinya. Akan tetapi untuk tingkat pergantian parkir yang tinggi dapat menjadi masalah sirkulasi parkir yang kurang baik sehingga menyebabkan antiran.
