Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine job satisfaction and organizational commitment to turnover intention and organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable for employees of PT Gaya Makmur Tractors. The technique of collecting data is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. This research was conducted on 80 respondents with a quantitative approach and hypothesis testing. Methods of data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction has no effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has no effect on turnover intention, organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable has no effect on turnover intention. Keywords : job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior, turnover intention Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention dan organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel intervening pada karyawan PT Gaya Makmur Tractors. Teknik pengumpulan data berebntuk kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 responden dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention, organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel intervening tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention.
