Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influences of hospitality culture, psychological well-being, and life satisfaction on the service quality of emplyee of Marilyn Hote Serpong. This study used a causal comparative research design with quantitative method. Samples used in this research is all employees who worked at Marilyn Hotel that used saturated sampling method with 130 employees. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results of this study show that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of hospitality culture on service quality; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of psychological well-being on service quality; (3) there is a positive and significant influence of life satisfaction on service quality; (4) there are simultaneous positive and significant influences of hospitality culture, psychological well-being, and life satisfaction on service quality. It is suggested that Marilyn Hotel management should pay attention and ensure the implementations of effective hospitality culture, strong psychological well-being, and good life satisfaction to improve service quality. Keywords: Hospitality Culture, Psychological Well-being, Life Satisfaction, Service Quality Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Hospitality Culture, Kesejahteraan Psikologis, dan Kepuasan Hidup terhadap Kualitas Layanan Karyawan Pada Hotel Marilyn Serpong. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kausal komparatif dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di hotel marilyn serpong dengan menggunakan teknik penentuan data sampling jenuh sebanyak 130 karyawan. Data dianalisa menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Hospitality Culture terhadap kualitas layanan; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kesejahteraan psikologis terhadap kualitas layanan; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepuasan hidup terhadap kualitas layanan; (4) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan hospitality culture, kesejahteraan psikologis, dan kepuasan hidup secara simultan terhadap kualitas layanan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen hotel Marilyn Serpong disarankan agar memberikan perhatian dan memastikan penerapan hospitality culture yang efektif, kesejahteraan psikologis yang kuat, dan kepuasan hidup yang baik untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan.
