Abstract

This study is to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Value (Tobin'S'Q) in the cement manufacturing sub-sector 2014-2019. The sample selection used in this study used a saturated sample method and obtained 5 companies as samples. The research data were obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of the analysis of model are precise using the fixed effect model. Partially, it shows that only the size of the board of commissioners has a negative and significant effect, while the variables of the Audit Committee and Corporate Social Responsibility partially do not have an effect on company value (Tobin'S'Q). Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Good Coorporate Governance dan Coorporate Social Responsibility Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan (Tobin’S’Q) pada perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor semen 2014-2019. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dan didapatkan 5 perusahaan sebagai sampel. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil dari analisis model yang tepat menggunakan model fixed Effect. Secara parsial menunjukan bahwa hanya variabel ukuran dewan komisaris yang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan sedangkan variabel Anggota Komite Audit dan Coorporate Social Responsibility secara parsial tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (Tobin’S’Q).
