Abstract
The purpose of this research is to study the priority order of the criteria and sub-criteria that influence supplier selection and to find out which supplier or supplier of the best raw material, which best meets the criteria for selecting the supplier that should be selected. In this study only limited to 4 criteria, namely price, quality, warranty and delivery. This research is a qualitative research using the calculation method used is the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The software used in using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is version 3.2 super decisions. The findings show that the price criterion is the most important priority for companies to pay attention to, followed by delivery, quality and warranty criteria. Keywords: AHP, procurement, supplier selection Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari urutan prioritas kriteria dan sub-kriteria yang mempengaruhi dalam pemilihan supplier dan mengetahui supplier atau pemasok raw material terbaik, yang paling memenuhi kriteria-kriteria pemilihan supplier yang sebaiknya dipilih. Pada penelitian ini hanya membatasi pada 4 kriteria yaitu harga, kualitas, garansi dan pengiriman. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode perhitungan yang digunakan adalah metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Adapun software yang digunakan dalam menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) adalah super decisions. Temuan menunjukan bahwa kriteria harga merupakan prioritas paling utama yang diperhatikan oleh perusahaan yang selanjutnya diikuti dengan kriteria pengiriman, kualitas dan garansi.
