Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, organizational communication, and job satisfaction on the performance of Civil Servants at the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas). The research sample used the criteria of a permanent employee in a company / organization. The sampling method was carried out by probability sampling with a total of 132 samples. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance, organizational communication has a positive effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance and compensation, organizational communication and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee performance Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Communication, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) Badan Pengatur Hilir Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPH Migas). Sampel penelitian menggunakan kriteria seorang pegawai tetap pada institusi. Metode sampling dilakukan dengan probability sampling dengan jumlah 132 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisa data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, serta kompensasi, komunikasi organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: Kompensasi, Komunikasi Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kinerja Pegawai
