Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Supply Chain Management on Company Performance mediated by Competitive Advantage. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all employees of PT. KMI, which according to HRD data is 820 people. The analytical method used in testing the hypothesis is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that Supply Chain Management has a positive effect on Competitive Advantage, Supply Chain Management has no positive effect on Company Performance, Competitive Advantage has a positive effect on Company Performance. This study concludes that there is an effect of Supply Chain Management on Company Performance through Compatitive Advantage as a mediator. Keywords: supply chain management, competitive advantage, company performance, PLS Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh Supply Chain Management terhadap Company Performance yang dimediasi oleh Competitive Advantage. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT. KMI, yang menurut data HRD berjumlah 820 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam menguji hipotesis adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Supply Chain Management berpengaruh positif terhadap Competitive Advantage, Supply Chain Management tidak terdapat pengaruh positif terhadap Company Performance, Competitive Advantage berpengaruh positif terhadap Company Performance. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan adanya pengaruh Supply Chain Management terhadap Company Performance melalui Compatitive Advantage sebagai pemediasi.
