Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of leadership and organizational culture on performance with motivation as an intervening variable. The number of respondents involved in this study were 116 respondents. All respondents are employees of PT Georg Fischer Indonesia. This research is a quantitative research. Research data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The research data were then analyzed using the Partial Least Square analysis technique with the help of the SmartPLS program. The results of the analysis using the PLS analysis technique provide the following conclusions: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employees' work motivation; (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employees' work motivation; (3) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employees' work motivation; (6) Motivation can mediate the influence of leadership on performance; (7) Motivation can mediate the influence of organizational culture on performance Keywords: leadership, organizational culture, motivation, performance, Partial Least Square Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap kienrja dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 116 responden. Seluruh responden merupakan karyawan di PT Georg Fischer Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS tersebut memberikan kesimpulan : (1) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan; (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan; (3) Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (4) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan; (6) Motivasi dapat memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja; (7) Motivasi dapat memediasi pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja Kata kunci : kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, motivasi, kinerja, Partial Least Square
