Abstract

Hotel can be defined as a commercially managed building providing lodging facilities for the public. Along with the increasing need for hotels, investors who build hotels are increasingly competing to make their hotels the best hotels, however in a pandemic era like today, hotel visitors are lonely due to large-scale social restrictions, therefore hotel interiors must implement health protocols. One type of hotel in Jakarta is a boutique hotel, this type of hotel has a design related to the character of the hotel, which is different from hotels in general. The hotel that the author will design is the Goodrich suites hotel, Artotel Portfolio, which is a boutique hotel located in South Jakarta, the owner of this hotel is a Goodrich Global company engaged in interior finishing, established since 1983 in Singapore, and this hotel is managed by the Artotel Group, namely a company engaged in hotel management. This hotel was founded in 2018 (two thousand and eighteen) which is the year when this modern theme is being applied to the interior of buildings such as hotels, this hotel carries the concept of luxury in every corner of its room as a characteristic of the hotel. The purpose of this design is to design interior designs such as walls, ceilings and floors that are in accordance with the image of the hotel, as well as implementing the interior using goodrich materials and also applying designs that are identical to the Artotel Group, using the right ergonomic standards, the shape of the furniture used, and the distance of the furniture. And circulation that conforms to health protocols. The conclusion that the writer did was to present the image and interior theme of the Goodrich suites, Artotel Portfolio. This design is expected to provide input or suggestions, especially on the interior design of Goodrich suites, the Artotel Portfolio in order to provide an interior design that matches the image of this hotel, as well as the application of furniture and circulation in accordance with the health protocol set by the local government. Keywords: Boutique Hotel, Modern, Luxury, Goodrich Material. Hotel dapat didefinisikan sebagai sebuah bangunan yang dikelola secara komersial dengan memberikan fasilitas penginapan untuk umum. Seiring dengan bertambahnya kebutuhan akan hotel, semakin bersaing pula para investor yang mendirikan hotel dan berlomba-lomba menjadikan hotel mereka adalah hotel yang terbaik, Namun di era pandemi seperti sekarang ini, pengunjung hotel menjadi sepi akibat pembatasan sosial berskala besar, maka dari itu interior hotel haruslah menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Salah satu jenis hotel yang ada di jakarta adalah boutique hotel, hotel jenis ini memiliki desain yang berkaitan dengan karakter hotel tersebut yang berbeda dari hotel pada umumnya. Hotel yang akan penulis rancang adalah hotel Goodrich suites, Artotel Portfolio, yaitu boutique hotel yang berada di jakarta selatan, pemilik hotel ini adalah perusahaan Goodrich Global yang bergerak dibidang finishing interior, berdiri sejak 1983 di singapura, dan hotel ini dikelola oleh Artotel Group, yaitu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pengelolaan hotel. hotel ini berdiri tahun 2018 (dua ribu delapan belas) yang merupakan tahun dimana tema modern ini sedang banyak di terapkan pada interior bangunan seperti hotel, hotel ini mengusung konsep luxury di setiap sudut ruangannya sebagai ciri khas hotel. Tujuan dari perancangan ini untuk merancang desain interior seperti dinding, plafond maupun lantai yang sesuai dengan citra hotel, serta penerapan interior menggunakan material goodrich dan juga menerapkan desain yang identik dengan Artotel Group, penggunaan standar ergonomi yang tepat, bentuk furniture yang dipakai, serta jarak furniture dan sirkulasi yang sesuai protokol kesehatan. Kesimpulan yang penulis lakukan adalah menampilkan citra dan tema interior dari Goodrich suites, Artotel Portfolio. Perancangan ini diharapkan dapat memberi masukan atau saran khususnya pada desain interior Goodrich suites, Artotel Portfolio agar memberikan sebuah desain interior yang sesuai dengan citra hotel ini, serta penerapan furniture dan sirkulasi yang sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan yang di tetapkan pemerintah setempat.
