Abstract

Since the pandemic, one of the innovations of technological development is the medical services platform that helps access in the health sector where there are no distance limitations between patients and doctors. In Indonesia, there have been various health service platforms that support access to health care facilities, launched by various parties from these startup companies. One of the startups that is the choice of the community today is a medical services platform such as Periksalab. Currently Periksalab already has services on a website that can be accessed at www.periksalab.id. This study aims to determine the results of quality evaluation and determine the main factors of webqual 4.0 variables that need to be improved from the Periksalab medical services website platform. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. This research also aims to analyze, measure and improve the quality of website services. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents and then evaluating the Periksalab website platform using webqual 4.0 variables with 3 (three) dimensions of Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality variables and analyzed by the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The IPA method aims to determine the value of the level of conformity between the level of expectations (importance) and the level of perception (performance). IPA analysis is divided into three uses, namely, suitability level analysis, gap level analysis (GAP) and also quadrant analysis, which aims to determine which indicators are included in quadrants I, II, III, IV, which will be used for proposed improvements to the company. The final results that have been measured have an average value of the level of perception (performance) and expectations (importance) of 2.85 and 3.54. For the average results obtained based on the suitability level value of 80.73% with the largest suitability level value found in the service interaction quality dimension, which is 81.72%, while for the results of the average value of the gap (GAP) of -0.681 with the largest gap value found in the usability dimension, which is -0.700. Sejak pandemi salah satu inovasi dari perkembangan teknologi adalah platform medical services yang membantu akses dalam bidang kesehatan dimana tidak ada keterbatasan jarak antara pasien dan dokter. Di Indonesia, telah terdapat berbagai platform layanan kesehatan yang mendukung akses fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan, diluncurkan oleh berbagai pihak dari perusahaan startup tersebut. Salah satu startup yang menjadi pilihan masyarakat saat ini adalah platform medical servicesseperti Periksalab. Saat ini Periksalab sudah memiliki layanan pada website yang bisa diakses di www.periksalab.id. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi kualitas dan mengetahui faktor utama dari variabel webqual 4.0 yang perlu ditingkatkan dari platform website medical services Periksalab. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk menganalisis, mengukur serta meningkatkan kualitas layanan website. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 100 responden kemudian dilakukan evaluasi platform website Periksalab dengan penggunaan variabel webqual 4.0 dengan 3 (tiga) variabel dimensi Usability, Information Quality, dan Service Interaction Quality dan dianalisis dengan metode IPA (Importance Performance Analysis). Metode IPA bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai tingkat kesesuaian antara tingkat harapan (importance) dan tingkat persepsi (performance). Analisis IPA dibagi menjadi tiga kegunaan yaitu, analisis tingkat kesesuaian, analisis tingkat kesenjangan (GAP) dan juga analisis kuadran, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui indikator-indikator mana saja yang masuk dalam kuadran I, II,III, IV, yang akan digunakan untuk usulan perbaikan kepada perusahaan. Hasil akhir yang telah diukur memiliki nilai rata-rata dari tingkat persepsi (performance) dan harapan (importance) sebesar 2,85 dan 3,54. Untuk hasil rata-rata yang diperoleh berdasarkan nilai tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 80,73% dengan nilai tingkat kesesuaian terbesar terdapat pada dimensi service interaction quality yaitu sebesar 81,72%, sedangkan untuk hasil dari nilai rata-rata kesenjangan (GAP) sebesar - 0,681 dengan nilai kesenjangan terbesar terdapat pada dimensi usability yaitu sebesar -0.700.
