Abstract

High urbanization is inseparable from the development of big cities in Indonesia, one of which is the case in Jakarta. This urbanized society has a culture or way of life of rural communities that emphasizes social harmony in interacting socially, and this culture is still attached even though they have moved to the city. To meet the demands of the population's needs such as housing, clean water, electricity and other basic facilities of settlements, one solution is the construction of vertical housing or better known as the construction of flats. Therefore we need the form of flats that accommodate the needs of this urbanized community by applying green architecture to the concept of energy-efficient architecture. Flats are multi-storey buildings built in an environment that is divided into functionally structured sections, both horizontally and vertically. Which is used as a technical guideline in the design of these flats, namely the design of low cost housing with community housing. All concepts in the design of low cost housing with community housing by applying green architecture with energy-saving architectural concepts ranging from, building concepts, environment, circulation, structure, utilities and other concepts Keywords: Flats House, Green Architecture, Low Cost Housing with Community Housing Urbanisasi yang tinggi merupakan hal yang tidak terlepas dari perkembangan kota-kota besar di Indonesia, salah satunya seperti yang terjadi pada wilayah Jakarta. Masyarakat urbanisasi ini memiliki kebudayaan atau cara hidup masyarakat desa yang menonjolkan keguyuban dalam berinterkasi sosialnya, dan budaya ini masih melekat meskipun mereka sudah berpindah ke kota. Untuk memenuhi tuntutan kebutuhan penduduk seperti perumahan, air bersih, listrik dan sarana dasar permukiman lainnya, maka salah satu solusinya adalah pembangunan hunian vertical atau lebih di kenal dengan pembangunan rumah susun. Oleh karena itu di butuhkan bentuk rumah susun yang mengakomodasi kebutuhan masyarakat urbanisasi ini dengan mengaplikasikan arsitektur hijau dengan konsep arsitektur hemat energi. Rumah susun merupakan bangunan gedung bertingkat yang di bangun dalam suatu lingkungan yang terbagi dalam bagian yang di strukturkan secara fungsional, baik dalam arah horizontal maupun vertikal. Yang di jadikan pedoman teknis pada perancangan rumah susun ini, yakni perancangan low cost housing with community housing. Seluruh konsep dalam perancangan low cost housing with community housing dengan mengaplikasikan arsitektur hijau dengan konsep arsitektur hemat energi ini mulai dari, konsep bangunan, lingkungan, sirkulasi, struktur, utilitas dan konsep lainnya.
