Abstract
omic and social aspects of population will also affect the conditions of the urban environment both within and around the city border zone. To overcome this problem, urban rejuvenation is a solution to overcome the problem of limited urban land for housing. The building to be designed is located on Jl. K.H. Mas Mansyur, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta Indonesia. In this design, the concept of green architecture is also called ecological architecture or environmentally friendly architecture, is a design and development approach based on ecological principles and environmental conservation, besides having public or communal space in buildings and landscapes that are harmonious and sustainable. . Keywords: Flats, Modern Markets, Communal Places Kota DKI Jakarta adalah Ibukota Indonesia, Kota ini merupakan kota terbesar di Indonesia dengan jumlah penduduk mencapai 7 juta jiwa. DKI Jakarta juga merupakan pusat bisnis, perdagangan, industri, pendidikan dan hunian di kawasan terpusat yang menjadikan faktor daya tarik terjadinya urbanisasi di DKI Jakarta. Urbanisasi merupakan perpindahan penduduk dari desa ke kota.Perkembangan kota yang terpusat baik dari aspek ekonomi maupun aspek sosial kependudukan akan turut mempengaruhi kondisi lingkungan perkotaan baik di dalam ataupun sekitar zona perbatasan kota . Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebutperemajaan kota menjadi solusi untuk mengatasimasalah keterbatasan lahan perkotaan untuk hunian. Bangunan yang akan dirancang berlokasi di Jl. K.H. Mas Mansyur, Tanah Abang, Kota Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jakarta Indonesia . Dalam perancangan ini, konsep arsitektur hijau disebut juga arsitektur ekologis atau arsitektur ramah lingkungan, adalah satu pendekatan desain dan pembangunan yang didasarkan atas prinsip-prinsip ekologis dan konservasi lingkungan, Selain itu juga memiliki ruang publik atau communal space pada bangunan dan lansekap yang selaras dan berkesinambungan.
