Abstract

Peeling knife Fish scales is a tool to clean the scales, stomach and gills of fish. Based on a research survey regarding the design of fish scale peeler blades, there are still not many, so to analyze the design of fish scales peeler blades on the market include systems, shapes, visualization and application of functional and efficient fish scales blade designs. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. From the overall design, the average triangular and square shape on the blade shape has an effective function when cleaning fish scales.
