Abstract

Traffic cone is a road dividing product that functions as a traffic lane on a signaling road that is prohibited from crossing. The type of traffic cone itself has many types and every type of design that is often found is an industrial product that has been standardized by the state government. Every traffic cone is usually given initial equipment such as a sticker reflector layer which usually attaches to almost all traffic cone products. The sticker refractor’s function is to reflect the light that if the traffic cone is installed, the reflector sticker is installed, it will glow like there is a light on. Most traffic cones are orange or bright red where to make it easier for road users to see the existence of this traffic cone because it is easily seen when placed in locations - locations are prohibited to cross. The materials used to produce traffic cones are of various types, namely rubber, pvc, fiberglass and concrete. So, prospective buyers can re-order orders for traffic cones that can be obtained according to the bugs and needs needed. Because every material used to make a traffic cone product has a varied price and usually tends to increase depending on the quality of the material used when producing it. Keywords: Traffic Cone, Reflector Sticker, Traffic Cone Material Traffic cone merupakan sebuah produk pembatas jalan yang berfungsi sebagai pengatur jalur lalu lintas di jalan bertandakan dilarang melintas. Jenis traffic cone sendiri banyak macam nya dan setiap jenis desain yang sering dijumpai merupakan produk industri yang sudah di standartkan oleh pemerintah negara. Setiap traffic cone biasanya sudah di beri perlengkapan awal seperti lapisan sticker reflector yang biasa menempel di hamper semua produk traffic cone. Fungsi sticker refrector ini untuk memantulkan cahaya lampu yang jika terkena traffic cone yang terpasang sticker reflector ini maka akan bersinar seperti ada lampu yang menyala. Kebanyakan traffic cone berwarna orange atau merah cerah dimana untuk memudahkan para pengguna jalan melihat keberadaan traffic cone ini karena mudah dilihat saat di tempatkan dilokasi – lokasi dilarang melintas. Bahan yang dipakai untuk memproduksi traffic cone ada berbagai macam jenis yaitu dari bahan karet,pvc,fiberglass, maupun beton. Jadi, calon pembeli bisa melakukan reques pesanan jenis traffic cone yang bisa di didapatkan sesuai bugget dan kebutuhan yang diperlukan. Karena setiap bahan yang di pakai untuk membuat produk traffic cone memiliki harga yang bervariasi dan biasanya cenderung meningkat tergantung kualitas bahan yang dipakai saat memproduksinya.
