Abstract

Jakarta is the capital city of Indonesia which makes this city has a strong competitiveness in the world of business. With the high flow of business people coming to this city, it will provide great opportunities for potential businesses, for example business hotel facilities. The concept of a business hotel, which is one of the Japanesestyle hotels in DKI Jakarta, makes Kuretakeso hotel one of the main gateways for business people to do business. The facilities owned by this hotel are supporting facilities for user needs in accordance with the main function of the hotel, namely doing business. Thus the idea that is raised in the hotel interior design is to identify a problem. The problem identification in this report is to change the old design that looks outdated and monotonous to a more modern design and still has Japanese nuances in the Hotel Interior with the theme Modern Japanese Style With Bamboo Ornament in order to give the impression of Japan from the image of the hotel to attract visitors, namely business people. Presented with literary boundaries, the design of this business hotel will provide a comfortable home feel for the visiting businessman to use. In addition, the hotel classifications that the designer will present will make Kuretakeso Hotel competitive in the hotel business in Jakarta. Keyword : Business Hotel, Jepang, Interior Jakarta merupakan Ibukota negara Indonesia yang menjadikan kota ini memiliki daya saing yang kuat dalam dunia perbisnisan. Dengan tingginya arus para pebisnis yang datang ke kota ini akan memberikan peluang besar bagi usaha berpotensi contohnya fasilitas hotel bisnis. Konsep hotel bisnis yang merupakan salah satu hotel bergaya jepang yang ada di DKI Jakarta ini membuat hotel Kuretakeso menjadi salah satu pintu gerbang utama para pelaku bisnis melakukan bisnisnya. Adapun fasilitas-fasilitas yang dimiliki oleh hotel ini adalah fasilitas penunjang kebutuhan pengguna yang sesuai dengan fungsi utama hotel, yaitu Berbisnis. Dengan demikian ide yang dimunculkan dalam desain interior hotel adalah dengan mengindentifikasikan sebuah masalah. Identifikasi masalah pada laporan ini adalah merubah desain lama yang sudah terlihat usang dan monoton menjadi desain yang lebih modern dan tetap bernuasa jepang pada Interior Hotel dengan mengusung tema Modern Japanese Style With Bamboo Ornament agar dapat memberikan kesan Jepang dari citra hotel untuk menarik minat para pengunjung yaitu para pebisnis. Disajikan dengan Batasan literatur, desain hotel bisnis ini akan memberikan nuansa rumah yang nyaman untuk digunakan para pembisnis yang datang. Selain itu, klasifikasi hotel yang akan disajikan desainer menjadikan Hotel Kuretakeso dapat bersaing dalam bisnis perhotelan di Jakarta. Kata Kunci: Hotel bisnis, Jepang, Interior
