Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Rumah Sakit Mata JEC @ Menteng. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 48 responden dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, variabel motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Mata JEC @ Menteng, Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukan nilai dari tiga variabel bebas yang menjawab hipotesa. Kata Kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, motivation and work environment to employee performance. The object of this research is JEC Eye Hospital @ Menteng. This research was done to 48 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. This data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of Smart PLS. The results of this study show that partially the compensation variable have not significant positif effect on employee performance, motivation and work enviorment varible have significant positif effect the employee performance in JEC Eye Hospital @ Menteng. This is evidenced from the results of (t-Tes) also shows value of three independent variables that answeres the hypothesis. Keywords: Compensation, Motivation,Work Environment, Employee Performance
