Abstract
This Professional Practice Report was made in addition to gaining insight into the practitioner as well as a vehicle and a means to form a skilled workforce. Professional Practice is also a program for students to develop their abilities and qualities in the world of work. Praktikan chose practice at PT BIRAPRANA CIPTAGUNA Indonesia for 80 working days, which is an architectural consulting and Interior Contractor company located at Kav DPR Blok A/48, Jl. KH Hasyim Ashari, Kenanga, Tangerang, Tangerang City,Banten 15146, , because the practitioner wants to know the work process of an institution in managing a project, wants to know the stages in planning finalize the project and learn the mechanism of work of an institution by looking directly at the principles of work. During the implementation of the Professional Practice praktikan assigned to revise some work drawings on rental housing projects in the form of floor plans, looks, pieces, namely Splendor Front One Hotel located in Jalan North Arjuna No.42-2, Grogol Petamburan, West Jakarta. After implementing the Professional Practice, the practitioner can draw the conclusion that in order to obtain a project, there are several processes that must be passed including, the appointment of preparing a TOR (Term Of Reference), submitting a project proposal, tender design, presentation, and planning drawings. Keywords: Professional Practices, Architecture Consultants, Interior Contaractor Laporan Praktik Profesi ini dibuat selain untuk memperoleh wawasan praktikan juga sebagai sebagai wahana serta sarana untuk membentuk tenaga kerja yang terampil. Praktik Profesi juga merupakan sebuah program untuk mahasiswa dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dan kualitas diri pada dunia kerja. Praktikan memilih praktik di PT BIRAPRANA CIPTAGUNA selama 80 hari kerja, yang merupakan perusahaan konsultan arsitektur & Kontruksi yang berlokasi di Jalan Kav DPR Blok A/48, Jl. KH Hasyim Ashari, Kenanga, Tangerang, Tangerang City,Banten 15146, karena praktikan ingin mengetahui proses kerja suatu intansi dalam mengelola suatu proyek, ingin mengetahui tahapan dalam perencanaan mendesai proyek dan mempelajari mekanisme kerja suatu intansi dengan melihat secara langsung tentang prinsip – prinsip kerja. Selama melaksanakan Praktik Profesi praktikan ditugaskan untuk melakukan revisi beberapa gambar kerja pada proyek hotel yang berupa denah, tampak, potongan, yaitu Splendor Front One Hotel yang berada di Jalan Arjuna Utara No. 42-2, Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat. Setelah melaksanakan Praktik Profesi, praktikan dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa untuk mendapatkan suatu proyek maka ada beberapa proses yang harus dilewati diantaranya, penunjukan menyusun TOR (Term Of Reference), pengajuan usulan proyek, tender desain, presentasi, dan gambar perencanaan.
