Abstract

In an increasingly rapid technology era make visitors come to the gallery, not only to just seek entertainment, but to find references and as educational media. Now many art museums or art galleries in several big cities, the type adjusts collection. Art Museum is a place to show off various art items, in the form of paintings, sketches, graphics, sculptures, ceramics, photography, kriya art and installation arts. The need for facilities is certainly a priority, proper security on display furniture. In addition, this pandemic era is needed additional facilities regarding the application of the health protocol. Regarding the background, the design of the National Gallery is expected to be an alternative design to improve innovation in the interior of the showroom and the region of the National Gallery. The method made is qualitative method, namely by the study method of literature, internet browsing, observation and comparative study. In this design, the National Gallery will apply a contemporary modern style, in accordance with the function of the gallery that always follows the development of the times or present. The theme shown is metrofun which will present a pleasant, spacious and modern atmosphere and educative can be seen from the use of material and dynamic form. Keywords: Design, Interior, National Gallery, Display Pada era teknologi yang semakin pesat membuat pengunjung datang ke Galeri, tidak hanya untuk sekedar mencari hiburan, melainkan mencari referensi maupun sebagai media edukasi. Kini banyak museum seni atau galeri seni di beberapa kota besar, jenisnya menyesuaikan koleksi. Museum seni merupakan tempat memamerkan berbagai barang seni rupa, berupa lukisan, sketsa, grafis, patung, keramik, fotografi, seni kriya dan seni instalasi. Kebutuhan fasilitas tentunya menjadi prioritas, pengamanan yang tepat pada display furniture. Selain itu, era pandemi ini dibutuhkan fasilitas tambahan mengenai penerapan protokol kesehatan. Mengenai latar belakang tersebut, Perancangan Galeri Nasional diharapkan dapat menjadi alternatif design untuk meningkatkan inovasi pada interior ruang pamer serta kawasan dari Galeri Nasional. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu metode kualitatif, yaitu dengan metode studi literatur, browsing internet, observasi dan studi banding. Pada perancangan ini, Galeri Nasional akan menerapkan gaya modern kontemporer, sesuai dengan fungsi Galeri yang selalu mengikuti perkembangan zaman atau kekinian. Tema yang ditampilkan yaitu metrofun yang akan menghadirkan suasana menyenangkan, luas dan modern serta edukatif terlihat dari penggunaan material serta bentuk yang dinamis.
