Abstract
The expansion of human resources in many town in Indonesia are quite fast, especially in Java. Construction of Highway Kunciran - Batu Ceper - Cengkareng is one of the solution to fix the congestion problem that caused by the rapid growth of the population. As a connection between Kunciran and Cengkareng Highway is called JORR Highway. As a connection between a flyover there is an approach slab on each side. The approach slab is build by using geoforce segmental retaining wall that is the modular retaining wall that works for whitstand the soil pressure behind the panel, with helping the reinforcement of friction tie geosynthetic that gives a contribution toward tensile strength. In accordance with the function the landing wall is often used to assign a cliff not to be steep, holding back the dirt on the approach slabs of the bridge building or as a wall for the normalization of the river, by utilizing the weight of the pairing structure used. Soil retaining walls reinforced with geosynthetic reinforcement that consist by a combination of segmental and soil with geosynthetic reinforcement (soil reinforcedsegmental retaining wall) as an alternative to conventional retaining walls because it is quite simple by terms of calculation, artistic value, and easy installation. The use of segmental concrete block units that reinforced with geosynthetic reinforcement with various textures that interlocking surfaces between soil and aggregate reinforcement in segmental units, fabricated with K-225 compressive strength quality, segmental units have 34 kg weight, for each 1 m² wall surface consists of 12 segmental units, 20 cm high, 32 cm wide, 40 cm length, this has a relatively more economic value, and also has a faster implementation of work because it does not require formwork. Keywords: Retaining Walls, Geosynthetic Perluasan sumber daya manusia banyak kota di Indonesia cukup cepat, terutama di Jawa. Pembangunan Jalan Tol Kunciran – Batu Ceper - Cengkareng adalah salah satu solusi untuk memperbaiki masalah kemacetan yang disebabkan oleh pertumbuhan penduduk yang cepat. Sebagai penghubung Tol Kunciran – Cengkareng ataupun yang di namakan Tol JORR. Sebagai hubungan antara jalan layang ada oprit di setiap sisi. Pada dibangun dengan menggunakan dinding penahan Geoforce Segmental yaitu dinding penahan modular yang berfungsi untuk mengatasi tekanan tanah di belakang panel, dengan dibantu perkuatan gesekan friction tie yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap kekuatan tarik. Sesuai dengan fungsinya dinding penahan tanah seringkali digunakan untuk melandaikan tebing agar tidak begitu curam, menahan timbunan tanah pada oprit bangunan jembatan ataupun sebagai dinding untuk normalisasi sungai, dengan memanfaatkan berat struktur pasangan yang digunakan. Dinding penahan tanah yang diperkuatdengan tulangan-tulangan geosintetik yang terdiri dari gabungan dinding penahan segmental dan tanah dengan tulangan-tulangan geosintetik (soil reinforced segmental retaining wall) menjadi alternatif pengganti dinding penahan konvensional karena cukup sederhana baik perhitungan, nilai artistik, maupun pemasangannya yang mudah.Penggunaan unit blok beton segmental yang diperkuat tulangan-tulangan geosintetik dengan berbagai texture permukaannya yang saling mengunci antara perkuatan tanah dan agregat pada unit segmental, difabrikasi dengan mutu kuat tekan K-225, unit segmental mempunyai berat 34 kg, dimana setiap 1 m² permukaan dinding terdiri dari 12 unit segmental,ukuran tinggi 20 cm, lebar 32 cm, panjang 40 cm hal ini mempunyai nilai relatif lebih ekonomis, serta pelaksanaan pekerjaanya yang lebih cepat karena tidak memerlukan bekisting atau form work.
