Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of e-Service Quality, e-WOM, Price and ePromotion on Consumer Interests in using online food delivery services at Gofood. The design of this study uses a casual design. The population in this study are all Go-food consumers in North Jakarta. The sample used in this study was 190 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. While the data analysis technique using SEMPLS. The results of this study indicate that e-Service Quality, e-WOM, Price, and e-Promotion have a positive and significant effect on consumer interest in using online food delivery services at Gofood. Keywords: e-Service Quality; e-WOM; Price; e-Promotion; Consumer Interest Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh e-Service Quality, e-WOM, Price dan e-Promotion terhadap Minat Konsumen menggunakan layanan jasa online food delivery pada Gofood. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain kasualitas. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Go-food yang berada di Kota Jakarta Utara. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 190 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-Service Quality, e-WOM, Price, dan e-Promotion berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat konsumen menggunakan layanan jasa online food delivery pada Gofood.
