Abstract

The lower or higher firm values can be influenced by many things, including profitability, optimization of funds or leverage, good corporate governance, firm size, and many other factors. One of the industrial sectors that is currently becoming an important concern for the government is infrastructure sector companies. This study aims to examine the factors that influence company value. There are several factors used, including profitability, leverage, good corporate governance, and company size. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine whether profitability, leverage, good corporate governance, and company size, influence the value of the company in infrastucture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study consisted of 33 Infrastucture Companies in 2016- 2021. With a purposive sampling. The data used in this research is secondary obtained from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange and the official website of each company. This study use Multiple Linear Regression analysis using SPSS to test profitability, leverage, good corporate governance, and company size on value of company. The results of this study indicate that leverage and firm size has an effect on firm value, while profitability and good corporate governance has no effect on firm value. Naik turunnya nilai perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh banyak hal, diantaranya profitabilitas, optimisasi dana atau leverage, tata kelola perusahaan yang baik atau good corporate governance, ukuran perusahaan, dan masih banyak faktor lainnya. Salah satu bidang industri yang sedang menjadi perhatian penting pemerintah saat ini adalah perusahaan sektor infrastruktur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang digunakan antara lain profitabilitas, leverage, good corporate governance¸dan ukuran perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris apakah profitabilitas, leverage, good corporate governance¸dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel pada penelitian ini terdiri dari 33 perusahaan infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2016-2021. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia dan situs resmi masing-masing perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS untuk menguji Profitabilitas, Leverage, Good Corporate Governance, dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa leverage dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan profitabilitas dan good corporate governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Leverage, Good Corporate Governance, Ukuran Perusahaan dan Nilai Perusahaan.
