Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Return On Equity, Current Ratio, and Debt To Equity Ratio on company value in automotive and component subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The selection of the sample in this study used the Purposive Sampling. Companies in the Automotive and Components Sub Sector that were selected as samples were 9 companies with 5 years of observation so that the population totaled 45 data. The data used is obtained from financial reports and annual reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis carried out in this study was panel data regression analysis using Eviews 9 software. The results of the study indicate that the variable Return On Equity Ratio (ROE), has an effect on firm value. Current Ratio (CR), Has No Effect on Firm Value. Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) Has No Effect on Company Value. Keywords: Return On Equity Ratio (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) and Firm Value (PBV). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Return On Equity, Current Ratio, dan Debt To Equity Ratio Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Otomotif dan Komponen yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2020. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Purposive Sampling. Perusahaan Sub Sektor Otomotif dan Komponen yang terpilih menjadi sampel sebanyak 9 perusahaan dengan tahun pengamatan sebanyak 5 tahun sehingga populasi berjumlah 45 data. Data yang digunakan diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan software Eviews 9. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Return On Equity Ratio (ROE), Berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Current Ratio (CR), Tidak Berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) Tidak Berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Return On Equity Ratio (ROE), Current Ratio (CR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Nilai Perusahaan (PBV).
