Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, compensation, work environment and organizational commitment on job satisfaction. This research was conducted at SMK YMIK Jakarta with a population of 48 teachers using a saturated sample. This study uses a quantitative approach to data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. This study proves that Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Compensation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at SMK YMIK Jakarta. Keywords: Work Discipline, Compensation, Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK YMIK Jakarta dengan populasi sebanyak 48 orang guru dengan metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Kompensai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada SMK YMIK Jakarta. Kata kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kompensasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasan Kerja.
