Abstract

Concrete floor slab construction work is one of the structures that requires large costs due to its large volume, but it can be optimized by using several methods concrete floor slab work. This makes the contractor have to choose which method is more efficient in terms of time and cost, thus this study aims to compare several methods, namely conventional, bondek, and precast half slab in terms of cost and time. This research method is carried out by collecting data, namely project drawings, RAB and AHSP PERMENPU No.1 in 2022. The first stage in this research is to collect primary data and secondary data, then calculate the volume of floor slab work, costs and time required for each. -each method. The next stage is to compare the calculation results and the last stage is to draw conclusions from the comparison results between conventional, bondek, and precast half slab methods. The results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that steeldeck concrete floor slabs are 31.06% cheaper in terms of cost compared to conventional concrete floor slabs and in terms of time or duration of steeldeck concrete floor slab work the fastest is 14.5 days. In conventional floor slabs, the calculation of formwork needs is easier but the work takes longer, then for bondek slabs in the work process it is faster and more economical but requires careful calculations for ordering bondek material and requires experts when cutting bondek plates, and finally the concrete slab method precast half slab, this method is more efficient formwork and formwork waste but requires careful calculations to determine the hook points for the erection process. Precast half slab, conventional floor slabs, steeldeck floor slabs Pekerjaan kontruksi plat lantai beton merupakan salah satu struktur yang memerlukan biaya yang besar dikarenakan volumenya yang besar juga, tetapi itu bisa dioptimalkan dengan adanya beberapa metode pekerjaan pelat lantai beton. Hal ini membuat kontraktor harus memilih metode mana yang lebih efisien dari segi waktu dan biaya, dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan dari beberapa metode yaitu konvensional, bondek, dan precast half slab dari segi biaya dan waktu. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data yaitu gambar proyek, RAB dan AHSP PERMENPU No.1 tahun 2022. Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder, kemudian menghitung volume pekerjaan pelat lantai, biaya dan waktu yang dibutuhkan pada masing-masing metode. Tahap selanjutnya adalah membandingkan hasil perhitungan dan pada tahap terakhir adalah menarik kesimpulan dari hasil perbandingan antara metode konvensional, bondek, dan precast half slab. Hasil Analisa yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelat lantai beton bondek lebih murah 31,06% dari sefgi biaya dibandingkan dengan pelat lantai beton konvensional dan dari segi waktu atau durasi pekerjaan pelat lantai beton paling cepat yaitu 14,5 hari. Pada pelat lantai konvensional perhitungan kebutuhan bekisting lebih mudah tetapi pengerjaan lebih lama, kemudian untuk pelat lantai bondek pada proses pengerjaan lebih cepat dan hemat tapi membutuhkan perhitungan yang teliti untuk pemesanan matrial bondek dan membutuhkan tenaga ahli pada saat pemotongan pelat bondek, dan terakhir pelat beton metode precast half slab, metode ini lebih hemat bekisting dan limbah bekisting akan tetapi membutuhkan perhitungan yang cermat untuk menentukan titik – titik pengait untuk proses ereksi.
