Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of good corporate governance, liquidity, leverage on company performance in Food and Beverages Sub-sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2020. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Population in this research 11 companies and samples are listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method which used in this research is hypothesis testing method. The data analysis method uses panel data regression analysis which is tested using eviews 12 program. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements taken from companies complete annual report during study period.The research result show that managerial ownership has no effect on company performance, institutional ownership has a significant negative effect on company performance, independent board of commissioners has no effect on company performance, liquidity has no effect on company performance, leverage has a significant negative effect on company performance. Keywords :Good Corporate Governance, Liquidity, Leverage and Company Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh good corporate governance, likuiditas, dan leverage terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016- 2020. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode samplingbertujuan.Populasi penelitian sebanyak 11 perusahaan dan sampel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Metode yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah metode pengujian hipotesis. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel yang diuji menggunakan program eviews 12. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang diambil dari laporan tahunan perusahaan lengkap selama periode penelitian.Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dewan komisaris independen tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan leverage berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.
