Abstract

In the implementation of project development needs good planning so that the implementation of development can run in accordance with the schedule. Delays in project work can be anticipated by accelerating implementation taking into account cost factors. The purpose of this study is to obtain the results of the analysis of the acceleration of work implementation by adding 1 hour, 2 hours and 3 hours of overtime as well as adding a group of workers, then a comparison is made so that optimal results are obtained. In this study, the critical path method (CPM) was used using the Microsoft Project 2010 program. Based on the results of the analysis, the normal duration of the project was 189 days with a total project cost of Rp. 8,024,154,950.00, for adding 1 hour of overtime work, the project duration was obtained. to 141.49 days with a total cost of Rp. 7,743,051,949,44, then with the addition of 2 hours of overtime, the total duration of work is 106.78 days with a total work cost of Rp. 7,529,764,148.70, and the addition of 3 hours of overtime. the duration of the work becomes 80.70 days with a total cost of work Rp. 7,369,062,047,52. In the method of adding workers for 1 hour of overtime, the total duration of work is 143.61 days with a total cost of Rp. 764,148.70, and with the addition of 3 hours of overtime, the work duration becomes 80.70 days with a total work cost of Rp. 7,369,171,452.84. The most effective value of f with the fastest duration is the addition of 3 hours of overtime work with a duration of 80.7 days with a total cost of Rp 7,369,062,047,52. Keywords: Project, Time, Cost, Microsoft Project, CPM, critical path Dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan proyek perlu perencanaan yang baik sehingga pelaksanaan pembangunan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan jadwal. Keterlambatan pekerjaan proyek dapat diantisipasi dengan melakukan percepatan pelaksanaan dengan mempertimbangkan faktor biaya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan hasil dari analisis percepatan pelaksanaan pekerjaan dengan menambah jam kerja (lembur) 1 jam, 2 jam dan 3 jam serta menambah grup tenaga kerja, kemudian dilakukan perbandingan sehingga didapatkan hasil yang optimal. Pada penelitian ini penggunakan metode lintasan kritis (critical path method (CPM)) dengan menggunakan program Microsoft Project 2010. Berdasarkan hasil analisis pada durasi normal proyek selama 189 hari dengan biaya total proyek sebesar Rp.8.024.154.950,00, pada penembahan 1 jam kerja lembur didapatkan durasi proyek menjadi 141,49 hari dengan total biaya Rp.7.743.051.949,44, lalu pada penambahan jam lembur 2 jam didapatkan durasi total pekerjaan 106,78 hari dengan total biaya pekerjaan Rp.7.529.764.148,70, dan pada penambahan jam lembur 3 jam durasi pekerjaan menjadi 80,70 hari dengan total biaya pekerjaan Rp.7.369.062.047,52. Pada metode penambahan tenaga kerja 1 jam lembur didapat total durasi pekerjaan 143,61 hari dengan total biaya Rp.7.756.212.900,59, lalu pada penambahan tenaga kerja 2 jam lembur memiliki durasi total pekerjaan 106,79 hari dengan total biaya Rp.7.529.764.148,70, dan pada penambahan tenaga kerja 3 jam lembur durasi pekerjaan menjadi 80,70 hari dengan total biaya pekerjaan Rp.7.369.171.452,84. Didapatkan nilai yang paling efektif dengan durasi tercepat yaitu pada penambahan jam kerja lembur 3 jam dengan durasi 80,7 hari dengan biaya total sebesar Rp 7.369,062,047,52.
