Abstract

In this day and age, many people are busy with building or creating something new such as new ideas, new business, and new construction. Based on (T. Subramani, P.T. Lishitha, M. Kavitha, 2014) the construction industry is very concerned about its low productivity in various countries. Low labour productivity is one of the most daunting problem because it can hinder development in the construction industry. This issue has taken the same interest as the reason why this research has been done. The macro view will be on the experienced work delays on wall plastering work. The major study will be covering on labour productivity and its effect on the duration of wall plastering work for apartment building projects in Indonesia. In this study, the researcher will interview three validation experts, namely the field supervisor on the plastering work, the sub-contractor project manager who is responsible for the wall plastering work, and the project manager on the owner's side. According to the analysis, the productivity index of the 16th floor is insufficient with a score of 58.8%, as it falls short of the expected standard of 100%. In contrast, the 31st floor is doing well with a score of 157.8% because it has exceeded the expected standard of 100%. Keywords: Productivity, Plaster, Permen PUPR, Coefficient, Delay Di zaman sekarang ini, orang-orang banyak yang sibuk dengan membangun atau membuat sesuatu yang baru seperti ide-ide baru, bisnis baru, dan konstruksi baru. Berdasarkan (T. Subramani, P.T. Lishitha, M. Kavitha, 2014) industri konstruksi sangat mengkhawatirkan tentang rendahnya produktivitas di berbagai negara. Rendahnya produktivitas tenaga kerja adalah salah satu masalah yang paling menakutkan karena dapat menghambat perkembangan di dunia industri konstruksi. Sama halnya dengan proyek yang diteliti oleh peneliti; mengalami keterlambatan pekerjaan salah satunya pekerjaan plesteran, sehingga penelitian ini berfokuskan pada produktivitas tenaga kerja dan pengaruhnya pada durasi pekerjaan plesteran proyek bangunan gedung apartemen di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan mewawancarai tiga validasi pakar yaitu pengawas lapangan pada pekerjaan plesteran, manajer proyek sub-kontraktor yang bertanggung jawab pekerjaan plesteran, dan manajer proyek pada sisi owner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan, indeks produktivitas pada lantai 16 dinyatakan tidak efektif, yaitu sebesar 58.8%, dikarenakan indeks produktivitas tersebut kurang dari 100%. Sedangkan pada lantai 31 dinyatakan efektif, yaitu sebesar 157.8%, dikarenakan indeks produktivitas tersebut lebih dari 100%.
