Abstract
ABSTRAK Salah satu unsur dalam membantu perusahaan untuk mencapai sasaran organisasi yaitu kinerja karyawan. Karyawan berkinerja tinggi mencerminkan kemampuan mereka untuk berkontribusi melalui pekerjaan mereka dan pada akhirnya mengarah pada kesuksesan perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stress kerja dengan kinerja karyawan di PT. XYZ. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis spearman correlation yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Responden yang digunakan adalah karyawan produksi PT. XYZ berjumlah 144 responden dengan teknik yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online melalui google form. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yaitu terhdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara stress kerja dengan kinerja karyawan di PT. XYZ. Saran pada penelitian ini yaitu perusahan perlu memperhatikan pemberian pekerjaan bagi karyawan untuk mengurangi stres kerja sehingga karyawan dapat berkonsisten dan meningkatkan kinerja. Kata Kunci : Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan, Karyawan Produksi ABSTRACT One of the elements in helping companies to achieve organizational goals is employee performance. High performing employees reflect their ability to contribute through their work and ultimately lead to the company's success. This study aims to determine the relationship between work stress and employee performance at PT. XYZ. This research method is quantitative correlation using the Spearman correlation hypothesis test which is processed using SPSS version 25. The respondents used are production employees of PT. XYZ totaled 144 respondents with the technique used was Accidental Sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that was distributed online via the Google form. Based on the research results, there is a significant relationship between work stress and employee performance at PT. XYZ. Suggestions in this study are that companies need to pay attention to providing jobs for employees to reduce work stress so that employees can be consistent and improve performance.
