Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat hubungan antara Efikasi Diri dengan Stres Kerja Guru Pembimbing Khusus Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di Bekasi, menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan variabel yang diteliti yaitu Efikasi Diri dan Stres Kerja Guru Pembimbing Khusus. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 guru pembimbing khusus yang bekerja di Sekolah Inklusi dan Sekolah Luar Biasa di Bekasi. Pengumpulan data variabel Efikasi Diri menggunakan Self Efficacy Scale dari Bandura (Sharer & Maddux, 1982), sedangkan variabel Stres Kerja Guru Pembimbing Khusus menggunakan Teacher Stress Inventory (TSI) scale dari Fimian (1982). Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara Efikasi Diri dengan Stres Kerja Guru Pembimbing Khusus Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus. Kata Kunci: Efikasi Diri, Stres Kerja Pada Guru Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus. ABSTRACT This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between Self-Efficacy and Work Stress On Teachers For Children With Special Needs in Bekasi, using quantitative methods with the variables studied, namely Self-Efficacy and Work Stress On Teachers For Children With Special Needs. The total sample is 93 On Teachers For Children With Special Needs who work in Inclusive Schools and Special Schools in Bekasi. Self-Efficacy variable data collection used the Self-Efficacy Scale from Bandura (Sharer & Maddux, 1982), while Work Stress On Teachers For Children with Special Needs variable used the Teacher Stress Inventory (TSI) scale from Fimian (1982). The results obtained from this study are that there is no significant relationship between Self-Efficacy and Work Stress On Teachers For Children With Special Needs.
