Abstract
The study of two houses in The Height Pondok Labu Residence which were of the same type on two plots of different orientation, was carried out to see the difference in values intended above. The research begins by measuring the temperature and humidity of the space in the same space in both buildings. The measurement results are used to analyze the thermal conditions of each room in a building, as well as the differences in the thermal conditions of spaces in one building against another. Differences in thermal conditions that occur, are descriptively analyzed based on the effect of building openings. Keywords: Effect of orientation, Thermal Comfort, and Cluster Occupancy Penelitian atas dua rumah di The Height Pondok Labu Residence yang bertipe sama pada dua kavling yang berbeda orientasi, dilakukan untuk melihat besar perbedaan nilai yang di maksud di atas. Penelitian diawali dengan mengukur temperatur dan kelembaban ruang pada beberapa ruang yang sama di kedua bangunan. Hasil pengukuran dipakai untuk menganalisis kondisi termal masing-masing ruang dalam satu bangunan, serta perbedaan kondisi termal ruang-ruang pada bangunan yang satu terhadap bangunan yang lain. Perbedaan kondisi termal yang terjadi, secara deskriptif dianalisis berdasarkan pengaruh bukaan bangunan . Kata Kunci : Pengaruh orientasi, Kenyamanan Termal, dan Hunian Cluster
