Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variable job insecurity dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada karyawan kontrak. Teknik pengembilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Teknik sampling jenuh. Responden Dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang karyawan kontrak. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala job insecurity dan skala kesejahteraan psikologi dengan skala likert 1-5. Analisis menggunakan korelasi one-sample Kolmogorov Smirnov, uji Test Of Linearity, dan uji teknik product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima yang artinya tidak terdapat hubungan antara job insecurity dengan kesejahteraan psikologis pada karyawan kontrak. Kata Kunci : Job Insecurity, Kesejahteraan Psikologis. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the relationship between variables and the of contract employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 contract employees. Measurements were made using a scale and a scale with a Likert scale of 1-5. The analysis uses the Kolmogorov Smirnov one-sample correlation, the Test Of Linearity test, and the product moment technical test.
