Abstract

The use of information technology will provide good benefits if the management of information technology can be carried out optimally. The use of this technology not only help in individual sector but also operational of some companies. The useof information technology in the individual sector or company certainly has variousrisks. So that the application of information technology and the handling of the risksthat will be faced, therefore a company requires an analysis and evaluation of information technology governance that is currently carried out in a company. Theapplication of information technology is also carried out at one of the Indonesian youth foundations or Youth Break The Boundaries (YBB) in helping business processes to be efficient and effective. One form of technology application in YouthBreak The Boundaries (YBB) is the use of the Youth Break The Boundaries (YBB)social media application with the application name "Youth Break The Boundaries",an application developed by the information technology team owned by Youth Break The Boundaries. Boundary (YBB). In this evaluation the authors use the standard ISO/IEC 38500 (Corporate Governance of Information and Communication Technology). It is hoped that this research can improve the current information technology governance at Youth Break The Boundaries (YBB). Kata kunci: Information Technology, ISO/IEC 38500, YBB Penggunaan teknologi informasi akan memberikan manfaat yang baik jika pengelolaan teknologi informasi dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Pemanfaatan teknologi ini tidak hanya membantu sektor individual saja, namun juga keberlangsungan operasional sebuah perusahaan. Penggunaan teknologi informasi pada sektor individual ataupun perusahaan tentunya memiliki resiko yang beraneka ragam. Sehingga penerapan teknologi informasi dan penanganan dari resiko-resiko yang akan dihadapi, oleh karena itu sebuha perusahaan memerlukan adanya analisis dan evaluasi tata kelola teknologi informasi yang arus dilakukan pada suatu perusahaan. Penerapan teknologi informasi juga dilakukan pada salah satu yayasan pemuda Indonesia atau Youth Break The Boundaris (YBB) dalam membantu proses bisnis agar menjadi efisien dan efektif. Salah satu bentuk penerapan teknologi pada Youth Break The Boundaris (YBB) adalah penggunaan aplikasi sosial media Youth Break The Boundaris (YBB) dengan nama aplikasi “Youth Break The Boundaris”, sebuah aplikasi yang dikembangkan sendiri oleh tim teknologi informasi yang dimiliki oleh Youth Break The Boundaris (YBB). Pada evaluasi ini penulis menggunakan standar ISO/IEC 38500 (Corporate Governance of Information and Communication Technology). Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan tata kelola teknologi informasi yang ada saat ini di Youth Break The Boundaris (YBB). Kata kunci: Tata Kelola TI, ISO/IEC 38500, YBB
