Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan ketidaksopanan rekan kerja serta bagaimana pengaruhnya terhadap kelelahan emosional pada karyawan. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.ZXR. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Teknik sample jenuh. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 74 yang terdiri dari laki sebanyak 32 dan perempuan sebanyak 42 dengan klasifikasi lama rentang kerja dari dibawah 2 tahun, 2 sampai 4 tahun dan lebih dari 4 tahun. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala ketidaksopanan rekan kerja dengan nilai Cronbch alpha 0.928, skala kelelahan emosional dengan nilai Cronbach alpha 0.941. Uji korelasi menggunakan uji Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara ketidaksopanan rekan kerja dengan kelelahan emosional. Kata Kunci: Ketidakspoanan Rekan Kerja, Kelelahan Emosional. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between coworker impoliteness and how it influences emotional exhaustion in employees. The subjects in this study were employees of PT.ZXR.. The subjects in this study were employees of PT.ZXR. The sampling technique used is the saturated sample technique. Respondents in this study numbered 74 consisting of 32 men and 42 women with a classification of length of work span from under 2 years, 2 to 4 years and more than 4 years. Measurements were made using a coworker's impoliteness scale with a Cronbach alpha value of 0.928, an emotional exhaustion scale with a Cronbach alpha value of 0.941. correlation test using Spearman test. The results of the study show that there is a positive relationship between coworker impoliteness and emotional exhaustion. Keywords: Coworker Incivitily, Emotional Exhaustion.
