Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada daerah Kuningan ini merupakan suatu sasaran wisata bagi para masyarakat yang ingin melepaskan penat dan juga mencari kesegaran dari penatnya dan sesaknya perkotaan, ataupun kerjaan yang tidak ada habisnya. Dalam hal pariwisata ini memiliki sebuah peran penting dalam meningkatkan perekonomian daerah, dan juga dapat menambah lapangan pekerjaan, yang mana dalam hal ini dapat mendorong pembangunan daerah tersebut. Sehingga berdampak pada usahausaha sarana hunian wisata yang menawarkan fasilitas rekreasi dan relaksasi sebagai nilai jualnya. Tujuan wisata biasanya berbentuk wisata alam seperti mendaki pegunungan, sungan, pantai, danau dan bisa juga berupa objek penginapan berupa hotel ataupun resort dengan menyediakan beberapa fasilitas pendukung. Pada intinya pembangunan perancangan hotel resort di kawasan kabupaten Kuningan, Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu tempat yang strategis untuk dibuatnya bangunan hotel resort ini. Konsep yang digunakan ialah konsep green arsitektur yang mana ditujukan untuk membuat wisatawan yang datang menginap/bermalah di hotel resort ini dapat melepas penat dan juga diharapkan dapat memberikan kenyaman dan kualitas yang baik bagi para wisatawan yang datang ke hotel resort ini, salah satunya adalah dengan memperluas area hijau pada site nantinya agar para wisatawan dapat merasakan suasana yang sejuk saat di dalam kawasan hotel resort di Kuningan. ABSTRACT In the Kuningan area, it is a tourist destination for people who want to release fatigue and also seek refreshment from the fatigue and tightness of urban areas, or endless work. In this case tourism has an important role in improving the regional economy, and can also add jobs, which in this case can encourage the development of the area. So that it has an impact on residential facilities businesses that offer recreational and relaxation facilities as their selling points. Tourist destinations are usually in the form of natural tourism such as climbing mountains, rivers, beaches, lakes and can also be in the form of lodging objects in the form of hotels or resorts by providing several supporting facilities. Meanwhile, the construction of a resort hotel in the Kuningan district, West Java is one of the strategic places for this resort hotel building. The concept used is the concept of green architecture which is intended to make tourists who come to stay / stay at this resort hotel can release fatigue and are also expected to provide comfort and good quality for tourists who come to this resort hotel, one of which is by expanding the area. green on the site later so that tourists can feel the cool atmosphere while in the hotel resort area in Kuningan.
