Abstract

ABSTRAK Perancangan Sports Hotel dengan Pendekatan Bioklimatik ini merupakan sesuatu yang dilakukan penulis untuk merancang hotel yang dapat memberikan kenyamanan bagi para tamu hotel. Hotel ini memiliki target pasar untuk para atlet serta para pekerja kantoran yang ingin berlibur sejenak tetapi tidak jauh dari perkotaan. Perancangan ini lebih memfokuskan kepada perancangan yang berbasis Sports Hotel dan Bioklimatik, dimana penulis mampu merancang sebuah hotel yang nyaman bagi para tamu hotel serta memberikan kemudahan akses latihan kepada para atlet yang menginap di hotel ini. Sport hotel sendiri yaitu hotel yang berada pada kompleks kegiatan olahraga. Sports Hotel biasanya berukuran besar dengan gedung bertingkat dengan fasilitas-fasilitas olahraga yang memadai untuk atlet seperti tempat berlatih, ruang pertemuan, jalur jogging, dll. Sedangkan Bioklimatik adalah Penyesuaian terhadap keadaan alam dan lingkungan, penguasaan secara fungsional, dan kematangan dalam pengolahan secara pemilihan bentuk, bahan dan arsitektur. Berdasarkan perancangan hotel yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Dalam proses perancangan ini memiliki beberapa tahap yaitu : Memahami KAK, Mempelajari Teori Tema, Melakukan Studi Preseden,Menganalisa data tapak baik non fisik- fisik, membuat program ruang, hubungan antar ruang, membuat konsep hingga membuat gambar perancangan baik 2D-3D, (2) Perancangan Sports Hotel dengan Pendekatan Bioklimatik ini membantu penulis dalam menambah kemampuan merancang sebuah hotel, merancang bangunan bentang lebar hingga memahami bagaimana cara membuat sebuah bangunan yang memiliki penghawaan dan pencahayaan alami yang optimal. Kata kunci: Sports Hotel, Bioklimatik, Hotel ABSTRACT The design of a Sports Hotel with a Bioclimatic Approach is something the author does to design a hotel that can provide comfort for hotel guests. This hotel has a target market for athletes as well as office workers who want to take a short vacation but not far from the city. This design focuses more on designs based on Sports Hotel and Bioclimatics, where the author is able to design a hotel that is comfortable for hotel guests and provides easy access to training for athletes who stay at this hotel. Sport hotel itself is a hotel located in a sports activity complex. Sports hotels are usually large in size with multi-storey buildings with adequate sports facilities for athletes such as training areas, meeting rooms, jogging paths, etc. Meanwhile, Bioclimatics is adaptation to natural and environmental conditions, functional mastery, and maturity in processing by selecting forms, materials and architecture. Based on the hotel design, it can be concluded that: (1) In this design process there are several stages, namely: Understanding KAK, Studying Theme Theory, Conducting Precedent Studies, Analyzing both non-physical site data, making space programs, relationships between spaces, making concepts to make good 2D-3D design drawings, (2) Designing a Sports Hotel with this Bioclimatic Approach helps the author in increasing the ability to design a hotel, designing wide-span buildings to understanding how to make a building that has optimal natural ventilation and lighting.
