Abstract
Guest shuttle car especially in the company engaged in the software house and is one alternative transportation that can be used to deliver guests to the destination. The shuttle pickup service is still carrying out the ordering of pick-ups by using manual system, where the administration still uses paper to make the booking between pick ups, so there can be less accurate order recording. Therefore, system-based information systems are needed to help reduce the weakness of the old system. This web-based guest app shuttle application is intended to help the administration to instantly make orders to pick up the shuttle more quickly. This application is created by using PHP programming language and MySQL database. This web based application will also help the driver who will pick up the guest so that will help facilitate the pick up process. In addition to assist the driver in the shuttle service, this application also helps the administration in order to monitor the process of shuttle travel. The results of this research are booking pickup, showing order data and displaying the destination information so as to facilitate the driver to get the travel information quite well. Keyword : Pick up Guest, Order, Monitoring Mobil antar jemput tamu khususnya diperusahaan yang bergerak di bidang software house dan merupakan salah satu alternatif transportasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengantarkan tamu ke tempat tujuan. Mobil antar jemput tamu masih melakukan pencatatan pemesanan antar jemput dengan menggunakan sistem manual, dimana administrasi masih menggunakan kertas untuk membuat pemesanan antar jemput, sehingga dapat terjadi pencatatan pemesanan yang kurang akurat. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem berbasis sistem informasi untuk dapat membantu mengurangi kelemahan sistem yang lama. Aplikasi mobil antar jemput tamu berbasis web ini ditujukan agar membantu administrasi dapat langsung membuat order antar jemput dengan lebih cepat. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Aplikasi berbasis web ini juga akan membantu sopir yang akan menjemput tamu sehingga akan membantu memudahkan dalam proses penjemputan. Selain dapat membantu sopir dalam pelayanan antar jemput tamu, aplikasi ini juga membantu administrasi agar dapat memonitoring proses perjalanan antar jemput. Hasil penelitian ini berupa pemesanan antar jemput, menampilkan data pemesanan dan menampilkan informasi tujuan sehingga memudahkan sopir untuk mendapatkan informasi perjalanan dengan cukup baik.
