Abstract

The Cisadane River Basin has an important role in the source of life of the community, especially the people who enter the Cisadane watershed coverage area. The decreasing environmental quality in the Cisadane watershed has resulted in its own problems. One of them is flooding. Flooding is one of the natural disasters that often occur and cause losses, environmental damage, and disruption of community activities and public health in the provinces of West Java, DKI Jakarta Province and Banten Province which are included in the Cisadane Watershed Coverage. Flood disasters in the Cisadane watershed itself often occur every year during the rainy season. In addition to the rainy season there are several other factors that influence, such as slope, Elevation, soil type and land use. Geographic Information System (GIS) is a media that facilitates processing, analyzing and producing geographic or geospatial data, to obtain information such as the level of flood vulnerability in the Cisadane watershed. With this study, it is expected to be able to provide information on the location of floods in the Cisadane watershed with the aim of helping to make decisions in carrying out actions, prevention, reducing the risk of flooding. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual average rainfall data from 13 stations, soil type data, DEMNAS data (Data Elevation Model Nasional), 1: 25,000 scale RBI maps and Cisadane watershed maps. This study uses a scoring and overlay method where each parameter used to analyze the level of flood vulnerability in the Cisadane watershed, rainfall, slope, elevation, soil type, rifer buffer, and land use are given the value and weight according to classification of vulnerability levels. Processing data in this study using ArcGis 10.2.2 software. The results of this study were obtained in the form of a flood hazard map in the Cisadane watershed, which contains information on the distribution of locations prone to flooding. Around 76.77% or 116,178.559 ha of the Cisadane watershed area is prone to flooding with a very high vulnerability to the level of medium vulnerability that is spread from upstream to downstream. Daerah Aliran Sungai Cisadane memiliki peran penting dalam sumber kehidupan masyarakat, terutama masyarakat yang masuk ke dalam wilayah cakupan DAS Cisadane. Menurunnya kulitas lingkungan yang ada di DAS Cisadane mengakibatkan permasalahan tersendiri. Salah satunya adalah banjir. Banjir merupakan salah satu bencana alam yang sering terjadi dan menimbulkan kerugian, kerusakan lingkungan, dan gangguan aktivitas serta kesehatan masyarakat. Bencana banjir di DAS Cisadane sendiri sering terjadi setiap tahunannya ketika musim penghujan. Selain faktor musim hujan ada beberapa faktor lainnya yang mempengaruhi, seperti kemiringan lereng, ketinggian tanah, jenis tanah dan penggunaan lahan. Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) adalah suatu media yang mempermudah dalam mengolah, menganalisis dan menghasilkan data bereferensi geografis atau data geospatial, untuk memperoleh informasi seperti tingkat kerawanan banjir pada DAS Cisadane. Dengan kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi titik lokasi sebaran banjir pada wilayah DAS Cisadane dengan tujuan membantu memberikan pengambilan keputusan dalam melakukan tindakan - tindakan, pencegahan, pengurangan resiko dampak banjir. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa data curah hujan rata - rata tahunan dari 13 stasiun, data jenis tanah, data DEMNAS (Data Elevation Model Nasional), peta RBI skala 1:25.000 dan peta DAS Cisadane. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode scoring dan overlay dimana setiap parameter - parameter yang digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat kerawanan banjir pada DAS Cisadane, seperti curah hujan, kemiringan lereng, ketinggian tanah, jenis tanah, jarak wilayah terhadap sungai, dan penggunaan lahan diberi nilai dan bobot sesuai dengan klasifikasi tingkat kerawanannya. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan software ArcGis 10.2.2. Hasil dari dipenelitian ini diperoleh berupa peta tingkat kerawanan banjir pada DAS Cisadane, yang dimana berisi infomasi sebaran lokasi wilayah yang rawan terhadap banjir. Sekitar 76,77% atau 116.178,559 ha luas wilayah DAS Cisadane rawan terhadap banjir dengan tingkat kerawanan sangat tinggi hingga tingkat kerawanan menengah yang tersebar dari hulu sampai hilir.
