Abstract

Occupational safety and health is one of the main factors in implementing construction projects. Occupational health and safety itself greatly affects the level of accidents and the severity of accidents that occur. The Green Sedayu Apartment building construction project is one of the projects implemented by PT. Totalindo Eka Persada West Jakarta. The number of work accidents that occurred in this project in 2018 were 10 cases. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause occupational accidents in construction projects, and the dominant factors causing work accidents. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive by determining the research variables based on previous journals. Supported by the dissemination of the initial questionnaire distributed to 3 experts, the stage 2 questionnaire distributed to 36 respondents and the final questionnaire distributed to 3 experts. The questionnaire was distributed within the Green Sedayu Apartement project with respondents from contractor and sub-contractor staff. This research was processed using data analysis methods and SPSS version 24 for the Descriptive Statistics test, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Partial Regression Coefficient Test (Test f) and the Regression Coefficient Test together (Test F). Based on the results of the study there are 5 indicators of the factors that cause dominant occupational accidents, namely the factor of the use of personal protective equipment for the health and safety of workers, the factor of using a safety helmet when working, the slippery work floor factor has the potential to cause work accidents, lighting factors in place work, slip factor or fall when there is a puddle of water and the final stage expert provides advice to minimize the occurrence of workplace accidents. Keywords : Identification, Occupational Accident Factors, Occupational Safety and Health, Construction, SPSS Keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja merupakan salah satu faktor utama dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi. Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja itu sendiri sangat mempengaruhi tingkat kecelakaan dan tingkat keparahan kecelakaan yang terjadi. Proyek pembangunan gedung Green Sedayu Apartement merupakan salah satu proyek yang dilaksanakan oleh PT. Totalindo Eka Persada Jakarta Barat. Jumlah kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi pada proyek ini tahun 2018 adalah 10 kasus. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada proyek pembangunan konstruksi, dan faktor dominan penyebab kecelakaan kerja. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menentukan variabel penelitian berdasarkan jurnal-jurnal terdahulu. Didukung dengan penyebaran kuesioner tahap awal yang disebar kepada 3 pakar, kuesioner tahap 2 yang disebar kepada 36 responden dan kuesioner tahap akhir yang disebar kepada 3 pakar. Kuesioner disebar dilingkungan proyek Green Sedayu Apartement dengan responden staff kontraktor dan sub kontraktor. Penelitian ini diolah menggunakan metode analisis data dan SPSS versi 24 untuk uji Statistik Deskriptif, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Koefisien Regresi Secara Parsial (Uji f) dan Uji Koefisien Regresi bersama-sama (Uji F). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat 5 indikator faktor –faktor penyebab kecelakaan kerja yang dominan yaitu faktor penggunaan alat pelindung diri untuk kepentingan kesehatan dan keselamatan pekerja, faktor menggunakan helm pengaman (safety helmet) saat bekerja, faktor lantai kerja licin berpotensi terjadi kecelakaan kerja, faktor pencahayaan ditempat kerja, faktor terpeleset atau terjatuh saat ada genangan air dan pakar tahap akhir memberikan saran untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan kerja.
