Abstract

Construction Projects generally have a specific implementation plan and implementation schedule, when the project must begin and when the project must be completed. Project implementation that is not in accordance with the plan, can result in project delays. For Contractors, delays besides being able to cause cost overruns due to increased time of project implementation, can also lead to a decrease in the credibility of contractors for the future. One of the buildings that experienced delays in construction was the Sampoerna Karawang Project. The project has suffered a lot of setbacks from the planned schedule. This study aims to analyze the duration of time needed to complete the work and also know the factors that cause delays in the project's work. The author conducts analysis by making observations in the field and also using the Critical Path Method or commonly called the CPM to determine the duration of time needed to complete the project. In this study, the author analyzes scheduling with CPM, which has a duration of 613 days longer than the initial duration which only targets 424 days. The new duration is 189 days longer. Keywords : Duration, Project, The Delay time, CPM, Critical Path Method Proyek konstruksi pada umumnya memiliki rencana pelaksanaan dan jadwal pelaksanaan tertentu, kapan proyek tersebut harus dimulai dan kapan proyek tersebut harus diselesaikan. Pelaksanaan proyek yang tidak sesuai dengan rencana, dapat mengakibatkan keterlambatan proyek. Bagi kontraktor keterlambatan selain dapat menyebabkan pembengkakan biaya akibat bertambahnya waktu pelaksanaan proyek, dapat pula mengakibatkan menurunnya kredibilitas kontraktor untuk waktu yang akan datang. Salah satu bangunan yang mengalami keterlambatan waktu dalam pembangunannya adalah Proyek Sampoerna Karawang. Proyek tersebut telah banyak mengalami kemunduran dari schedule yang telah direncanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis durasi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan dan juga mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pekerjaan pada proyek tersebut. Penulis melakukan analisis dengan melakukan pengamatan dilapangan dan juga menggunakan metode Critical Path Method atau biasa disebut dengan CPM guna untuk mengetahui durasi waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan proyek tersebut. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menganalisa penjadwalan dengan CPM didapatkan durasi sebanyak 613 hari lebih lama dari durasi awal yang hanya mentargetkan 424 hari. Durasi baru tersebut lebih lama 189 hari. Kata kunci : durasi, proyek, keterlambatan waktu, CPM, Critical Path Method
