Abstract

One of the implementations of the application of Building Information Modeling (BIM) is the use of the Common Data Environment (CDE). Theuse of the Common Data Environment (CDE) is very important in the process of coordination and collaboration in the project. It aims to determine the application of the Common Data Environment (CDE) and analyze the factors that can influence the application of the UTAUT model-based Common Data Environment (CDE) to performance improvements in dam projects. The variabels used in this study were information quality, system quality, performance expectations, business expectations, facilitating conditions, age of respondents, interest in utilizing the CDE platform, and performance improvement. From these variabels, a UTAUT-based research model was created. This research was conducted using a survey method and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The result of this study is the value of loading factor above the value of 0.5. Discriminating validity for all variabels is good. In addition, the composite reliability value of all variabels is above 0.80 while the cronbachc alpha value is also above 0.80 and the AVE value is above 0.5. The value of R square on the variabel (interest in utilization of the CDE platform) is 0.684, as well as the variabel (performance improvement that has) the value of R suare is 0.488. From the results of the analysis carried out, it is known that the factor that affects the common data environment (CDE) in the dam project is the condition of facilitating a positive and significant effect on the interest in the use of the CDE platform. As well as the interest factor of utilizing the CDE platform, it has a positive and significant effect on improving performance. Keywords:Building Information Modelling, Common Data Environment, UTAUT Salah satu implementasi penerapan Building Information Modelling (BIM) yaitu penggunaan Common Data Environment (CDE). Penggunaan Common Data Environment (CDE) ini sangat penting dalam proses koordinasi dan kolaborasi di proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan Common Data Environment (CDE) dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi penerapan Common Data Environment (CDE) berbasis model UTAUT terhadap peningkatan kinerja pada proyek bendungan. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, kondisi memfasilitasi,umur responden, minat pemanfaatan platform CDE, serta peningkatan kinerja. Dari variabel tersebut dibuat model penelitian berbasis UTAUT. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei dan dianalisa menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu nilai loading faktor diatas nilai 0,5. Discriminant validity untuk semua variabel adalah baik. Selain itu nilai composite reliability semua variabel adalah diatas 0,80 sedangkan nilai cronbachc alpha juga diatas 0,80 serta nilai AVE diatas 0,5. Nilai R square pada variabel (minat pemanfaatan platform CDE) adalah sebesar 0,684, serta variabel (peningkatan kinerja yang memiliki) nilai R suare sebesar 0,488. Dari hasil analisa yang dilakukan maka diketahui faktor yang mempengaruhi penerapan common data environment (CDE) pada proyek bendungan adalah kondisi memfasilitasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat pemanfaatan platform CDE. Serta faktor minat pemanfaatan platform CDE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Kata kunci:Building Information Modelling, Common Data Environment, UTAUT
