Abstract

The bridge is a very important means of road transportation to connect an area that is difficult to reach because of obstacles such as the sea, lakes, rivers, swamps, valleys or ravines. Bridges are closely related to the movement of traffic so that separate road sections can be easily accessed reducing time to be shorter. The research method was carried out with the stage of data collection about the cost and time of carrying out the work of each type of bridge. Data sources were obtained from a number of parties from PT Smart Tbk, including the Infrastructure Division (IFDV) project engineer as the construction management, Quantity Surveyor & Cost Estimate (QSCE) team and Engineering Division (ENDV) design team and the data collected was approved by the company. Then after collecting the data the discussion enters into the process of cost analysis and the time of carrying out the work of a 30 m span panel bridge with a 30 m span composite bridge. The data processing method uses the help of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project software until the final result is obtained in the form of the amount of time difference which is the purpose of this research. The results of this study indicate that in terms of cost, the structural work on the 30-meter composite bridge has a lower cost value of Rp. 1,308,913,723 cheaper by a difference of Rp122,334,435 compared to the cost of structural work on the 30-meter span steel panel bridge bridge of Rp1,431,248,158. In terms of time, upper structural work on a 30-meter composite bridge takes 145 working days with a record Sunday as a holiday. The need for faster working time is 10 working days compared to the working time of the structure of the 30 meter span steel panel frame which requires 155 working days with a record of Sunday for holiday. Keywords : Bridge, Panel, Composite, Cost, Time Jembatan merupakan sarana transportasi jalan raya yang sangat penting untuk menghubungkan suatu daerah yang sulit dijangkau karena adanya rintangan misalnya laut, danau, sungai, rawa, lembah ataupun jurang. Jembatan menjadi erat hubungannya bagi pergerakan lalu lintas sehingga ruas jalan yang terpisah dapat ditempuh dengan mudah sehingga mengurangi waktu tempuh menjadi lebih singkat. Metode penelitian dilakukan dengan tahap pengumpulan data tentang biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan masing-masing tipe jembatan. Sumber data diperoleh dari beberapa pihak dari dalam PT Smart Tbk antara lain dari pihak project engineer Divisi Infrastruktur (IFDV) selaku manajemen konstruksi, team Quantity Surveyor & Cost Estimate (QSCE) serta team design Engineering Division (ENDV) dan data yang dikumpulkan telah mendapatkan persetujuan dari pihak perusahaan. Kemudian setelah pengumpulan data pembahasan masuk pada proses analisis biaya dan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan jembatan panel bentang 30 m dengan jembatan komposit bentang 30 m. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan software microsoft excel dan microsoft project hingga nantinya didapatkan hasil akhir berupa besaran selisih waktu yang merupakan kesimpulan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dari aspek biaya, pekerjaan struktur atas jembatan komposit bentang 30 meter mempunyai nilai biaya yang lebih rendah yakni sebesar Rp1.308.913.723 lebih murah dengan selisih sebesar Rp122.334.435 dibandingkan dengan biaya pekerjaan struktur atas jembatan panel rangka baja bentang 30 meter sebesar Rp1.431.248.158. Dari segi waktu, pekerjaan struktur atas jembatan komposit bentang 30 meter memerlukan 145 hari kerja dengan catatan hari minggu sebagai hari libur. Kebutuhan waktu ini lebih cepat 10 hari kerja dibandingkan dengan waktu pekerjaan struktur atas jembatan panel rangka baja bentang 30 meter yang membutuhkan 155 hari kerja dengan catatan hari minggu sebagai hari libur.
