Abstract

In this era, the development of the mode that integrated in the Jakarta-Bogor-DepokBekasi area. The Light Rail Transit Jabodebek is a solution to handle congestion in the capital city. Since 2018 the construction of Light Rail Transit has begun. A study is required to know the proportion of the probability of moving a personal vehicle user to a Light Rail Transit If multiple travel scenario options are given. The study aims to determine the proportion of the probability of the move, by submitting 4 scenarios to the 100 respondents who have been through screening. The method used in this research is regression logistic (logit binary) consisting of 4 stages; The first stage is the most dominant variable candidate selection; Phase two is a probability analysis in which includes due diligence and test scenarios; Phase three is sensitivity analysis, and the fourth stage is to attribute the percentage of respondents to private vehicles (cars and motorcycles) who want to move over using Light Rail Transit based on the scenario of the highest probability of the screenplay. The independent variables used in test scenarios are cost, travel time and headway. For the data processing used program SPSS 23. The results of this study are known that the best scenario to be applied is scenario 1 which is 82.38% of car respondents and as many as 76.10% of motor respondents are willing to switch using Light Rail Transit. Meanwhile, the worst scenario is scenario 2, which is 55.23% of car respondents and as many as 55.06% of motor respondents are willing to switch using Light Rail Transit. From the results of the sensitivity analysis, it is known that the most sensitive variable to the respondent's decision to switch from their personal vehicle to the Light Rail Transit is price, which will result in the probability of moving the car user to decline by 55.08% and the motorcycle user up as much as 47.20% if the price of the TransJakarta tariff rises by 2 fold. Respondents who are willing to switch to the majority LRT are 17-25-year-old males, earning > Rp 4.000.000,- Keywords: Logit binary, displacement probability, Choice mode, test scenarios. Pada era ini sedang berlangsungnya pembangunan moda yang berintegrasi pada daerah Jakarta-Bogor-Depok-Bekasi. Light Rail Transit Jabodebek merupakan solusi dalam menangani kemacetan pada Ibu kota. Sejak tahun 2018 pembangunan Light Rail Transitini dimulai. Diperlukan sebuah penelitian untuk mengetahui nilai proporsi probabilitas perpindahan pengguna kendaraan pribadi ke Light Rail Transit jika diberikan beberapa pilihan skenario perjalanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proporsi probabilitas perpindahan tersebut, dengan mengajukan 4 skenario kepada 250 responden yang telah melalui penyaringan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi logistic (logit biner) yang terdiri dari 4 tahap; tahap pertama yaitu seleksi kandidat variabel yang paling dominan; tahap ke dua adalah analisa probabilitas yang di dalamnya mencakup uji kelayakan dan uji skenario; tahap ke tiga adalah analisa sensitivitas, dan tahap ke empat adalah mengatahui persentase responden kendaraan pribadi (mobil dan motor) yang ingin pindah alih menggunakan Light Rail Transit berdasarkan scenario probabilitas tertinggi dari skenario. Variabel independen yang digunakan pada uji skenario adalah biaya, waktu perjalanan dan headway. Untuk pengolahan data digunakan program SPSS 23. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa skenario terbaik untuk diterapkan adalah skenario 4 yaitu sebanyak 82,38% responden mobil dan sebanyak 76,10% responden motor yang bersedia beralih menggunakan Light Rail Transit. Sementara itu, skenario terburuk adalah skenario 2 yaitu sebanyak 55,23% responden mobil dan sebanyak 55,06% responden motor bersedia beralih menggunakan Light Rail Transit. Dari hasil analisa sensitivitas, diketahui bahwa variabel yang paling sensitif terhadap keputusan responden untuk berpindah alih dari kendaraan pribadi mereka ke Light Rail Transit adalah biaya, yang akan mengakibatkan probabilitas perpindahan pengguna mobil menurun sebanyak 55,08% dan pengguna motor naik sebanyak 47,20% jika harga tarif Light Rail Transitnaik sebesar 2 kali lipat. Responden yang bersedia beralih ke LRT mayoritas adalah lakilaki berusia 17-25 tahun, dengan penghasilan > Rp 4.000.000,- Kata kunci: Logit Biner, Probabilitas Perpindahan, Moda Choice, Uji Skenario
