Abstract

Scheduling is the phase of translating a plan into diagrams that correspond to the time scale. Scheduling determines when this activity is started, postponed, and completed, so that financing and resource use can be adjusted according to the specified time requirements. To organize a project, one of the resources that becomes a determining factor for success is the workforce. In the implementation of the project, one of the resources that determines its success is labor. In the implementation of the project, the largest number of labor requirements is field workers. This field workforce is directly related to the physical work of construction in the field. One method used in scheduling is Ranked Positional Weight Method (RPWM.). In the implementation of the Verde II Condominium project, there is more optimal potential in scheduling. The research is to review whether RWPM can optimize scheduling. The research method used is actual analysis in the field. Then the results will be processed using Microsoft Project. Calculation of duration with position weighting method without priority scale experiences time efficiency. The time will be 6 days faster, 414 days, the initial duration of the Verde II Condominium Project is 420 days. Calculation of duration with position weighting method with priority scale does not experience time efficiency. The time of no change is 420 days, the original duration of the Verde II Condominium Project is 420 days. Key Words : Time, Resources, Scheduling, Position Weight, RPWM, Microsoft Project Penjadwalan merupakan fase menterjemahkan suatu perencanaan ke dalam suatu diagram-diagram yang sesuai dengan skala waktu. Penjadwalan menentukan kapan aktivitas ini dimulai, ditunda, dan diselesaikan, sehingga pembiayaan dan pemakaian sumber daya bisa disesuaikan waktunya menurut kebutuhan yang telah ditentukan. Untuk menyelenggarakan proyek, salah satu sumber daya yang menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan adalah tenaga kerja. Dalam penyelenggaraan proyek, salah satu sumber daya yang menjadi penentu keberhasilannya adalah tenaga kerja. Pada pelaksanaan proyek, jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja yang terbesar adalah tenaga kerja lapangan. Tenaga kerja lapangan ini berhubungan langsung dengan pekerjaan fisik konstruksi di lapangan. Salah satu metode yang digunakan dalam penjadwalan adalah Ranked Positional Weight Method (RPWM.). Dalam pelaksanaanya proyek Verde II Condominium ini adanya potensi lebih optimal dalam penjadwalan. Adapun penelitian ini adalah untuk meninjau apakah RWPM dapat mengoptimasi penjadwalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan analisa langsung ke lapangan secara actual. Lalu hasilnya akan diolah menggunakan Microsoft Project. Perhitungan durasi dengan metode bobot posisi tanpa skala prioritas mengalami efesiensi waktu. Waktu menjadi lebih cepat 6 hari yaitu 414 hari yang semulanya durasi keseluruhan Proyek Verde II Condominium adalah 420 hari. Perhitungan durasi dengan metode bobot posisi dengan skala prioritas tidak mengalami efesiensi waktu. Waktu tidak ada perubahan yaitu 420 hari yang semulanya durasi keseluruhan Proyek Verde II Condominium adalah 420 hari.
