Abstract

Construction projects are often faced with problems, one of which is the occurrence of changes. These changes can occur in the early stages, middle stages, or final stages of the project. This Contract Change Order covers the activity of increasing or reducing the volume of work stated in the contract, the type of work, the technical specifications of the work in accordance with the needs of the field or the implementation schedule. Contract change orders can occur at the beginning, middle or end of construction projects. The goal to be achieved in writing this final project is to determine the effect of the Contract Change Order (CCO) on cost, quality and time in implementing the construction project of the Sari Asih Hospital in Cipondoh. This research was conducted using quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to the Sari Asih Cipondoh Hospital project staff as. Then the results of the distribution of the questionnaire, followed by data processing using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) 20.0 Version, then from the data processing will be concluded that is the final stage in this study whose contents relate to the objectives to be achieved. The results of this study indicate that the effect of a Contract Change Order (CCO) on costs is 24.4%. The influence of Contract Change Order (CCO) on quality is 9.12%. The effect of Contract Change Order (CCO) on time is 1.77%. Kata Kunci : Costs, Quality, Time, Effect Proyek konstruksi sering dihadapkan pada permasalahan, salah satunya adalah terjadinya perubahan-perubahan. Perubahan tersebut dapat terjadi pada tahap awal, tahap pertengahan, maupun tahap akhir proyek. Contract Change Order (perubahan kontrak kerja) ini meliputi kegiatan menambah atau mengurangi volume pekerjaan yang tercantum dalam kontrak, jenis pekerjaan, spesifikasi teknis pekerjaan sesuai dengan kebutuhan lapangan atau jadwal pelaksanaan. Contract change order bisa saja terjadi pada awal, pertengahan maupun pada akhir pada pelaksanaan poyek konstruksi. Tujuan yang akan dicapai dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Contract Change Order (CCO) terhadap biaya, mutu dan waktu pada pelaksanaan proyek pembangunan Rumah Sakit Sari Asih Cipondoh. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada para staff proyek Rumah Sakit Sari Asih Cipondoh sebagai. Kemudian hasil penyebaran kuesioner tersebut, dilanjutkan dengan pengolahan data menggunakan software SPSS (Statistical Package for The Social Science) 20.0 Version, lalu dari pengolahan data tersebut akan diperoleh kesimpulan yang merupakan tahap akhir dalam penelitian ini yang isinya berkaitan dengan tujuan yang hendak dicapai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh Contract Change Order (CCO) terhadap biaya adalah sebesar 24,4%. Pengaruh Contract Change Order (CCO) terhadap mutu adalah sebesar 9,12%. Pengaruh Contract Change Order (CCO) terhadap waktu adalah sebesar 1,77%. Kata Kunci : Biaya, Mutu, Waktu, Pengaruh
