Abstract
In carrying out the project, performance levels must always be monitored and measured regularly to identify differences in the plan. Control as a tool to help control the project, helps the implementation and completion of a construction project. One way to determine project performance is to use the Earned Value method. Earned Value combines the elements of schedule, cost and work performance of physical development that have been carried out in the field so that the cost and time to complete the project can be estimated. This study aims to determine the control of project performance in terms of implementation time and project costs with the value value method (Earned Value) on the construction project reviewed, whether the project implementation is in accordance with the time and costs planned. And find out what jobs contribute to project delays. The results of this study indicate that the results of the analysis with the Earned Value Method value of the Cost Performance Index (CPI) amounted to 1303 (> 1) and the Schedule Performance Index (SPI) worth 0.817 (<1). These results indicate that the project experienced a time lapse while there was no deviation in terms of costs. Based on the calculation of long-term projections, this project requires an additional 162 days as a result of delays that occur. The work that most contributed to the delay in this project was the Excavation and Embankment Main Dam work caused by the delay in the completion of the river evacuation tunnels and the lack of equipment and workers. Keywords: Earned Value Analysis, Schedule Performance Index, Cost Performance Index Di dalam menjalankan proyek, taraf kinerja harus selalu dipantau dan diukur secara teratur untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan-perbedaan terhadap rencana. Pengendalian sebagai alat untuk membantu mengendalikan proyek, membantu pelaksanaan dan penyelesaian dalam suatu proyek konstruksi. Salah satu cara untuk mengetahui kinerja proyek adalah dengan menggunakan metode Earned Value. Earned Value memadukan unsur jadwal, biaya dan prestasi kerja pembangunan fisik yang sudah terlaksana di lapangan sehingga dapat diperkirakan biaya dan waktu untuk menyelesaikan proyek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengendalian kinerja proyek dari segi waktu pelaksanaan dan biaya proyek dengan metode nilai hasil (Earned Value) pada proyek konstruksi yang ditinjau, apakah pelaksanaan proyek sesuai dengan waktu dan biaya yang direncanakan. Serta mengetahui pekerjaan apa saja yang berkontribusi terhadap keterlambatan proyek. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil dari analisis dengan Earned Value Method nilai dari Cost Performance Index (CPI) sebesar 1.303 (>1) dan Schedule Performance Index (SPI) senilai 0.817 (<1). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa proyek mengalami penyimpangan waktu sedangkan dari segi biaya tidak terjadi penyimpangan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan proyeksi jangka panjang, proyek ini memerlukan tambahan waktu 162 hari akibat dari keterlambatan yang terjadi. Adapun pekerjaan yang paling berkontribusi terhadap keterlambatan pada proyek ini yaitu pekerjaan Excavation and Embankment Main Dam yang disebabkan oleh terlambatnya penyelesaian terowongan pengelak sungai dan kurangnya jumlah alat dan pekerja.
