Abstract
Penelitian ini adalah memberikan pembuktian secara empiris untuk menguji beberapa pengaruh size, tangibility, debt maturity, foreign ownership terhadap investment efficiency serta pengaruh Moderasi dari family ownership terhadap pengaruh antara size, tangibility, debt maturity dan foreign ownership terhadap investment efficiency. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, data bersumber atas laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016 - 2020 sebanyak 15 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan Eviews. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan size berpengaruh signifikan terhadap investment efficiency. Sedangkan tangibility, debt maturity dan foreign ownership tidak berpengaruh terhadap investment efficeinecy. Sedangkan size, tangibility, debt maturity dan foreign ownership tidak berpengaruh terhadap investment efficiency yang di moderasi oleh family ownership. Kata Kunci size, tangibility, debt maturity, foreign ownership, family ownership.
